B&L was contracted to Aeroseal over 30 toilet exhaust and makeup air risers after the client informed us that the installed ducts could not meet the leakage requirements specified in the construction documents despite many attempts at resealing the ductwork.

Subsequent to completion, B&L was able to reduce the existing leakage by an average of 90% and was able to confirm that all final leakage rates were well below the allowable leakage rates as indicated in the specifications.
