Cleanroom Performance Testing
Cleanrooms are used throughout the medical, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor industries. These rooms must meet regulatory ISO 14644 standards of performance and be regularly tested to confirm compliance.
Pharmacy Compliance
The regulations comprising USP<797> and USP<800> were created to protect patients by preventing the contamination of compounded sterile preparations. Our dedicated team can provide the necessary and rigorous semi-annual testing to achieve and maintain compliance.
Biological Safety Cabinet and Laminar Flow Hood Certification
Biological safety cabinets (BSCs) are field tested in accordance with NSF/ANSI 49 and manufacturer's specifications. BSC's and laminar flow hoods should be certified at least every 12 months.
Viable and Non-viable Surface and Air Sampling
Controlled environments need to follow and adhere to strict regulations that dictate the cleanliness and maintenance of rooms and manufacturing areas. In order to control the amount of possibly pathogenic organisms, viable air and surface sampling should be performed regularly.

HEPA Integrity Testing and Repair
The HEPA filter integrity test is typically performed on supply air or exhaust air HEPA filters using a photometer to scan the filter surface for pinhole leaks that could allow the transmission of contaminant particles
